How it works

Pricing automation that shows
its work before it acts.

Most autopricing tools push prices live without asking. Sleeved does the opposite — it shows you a full preview of every change, checks it against your rules, and only applies what you approve. Here's exactly how.

The workflow

Four stages from import to live pricing.

Sleeved is built around a single, repeatable workflow. You go through it once to set up, then it runs on a schedule. Each stage is designed so you stay in control.

1

Import your catalog

Connect your Shopify store and pull your existing singles inventory directly into Sleeved. No re-entering products, no manual work. If you're starting from a spreadsheet or a CSV export from another platform, that works too.

Sleeved matches your products to card database entries using name, set, and number. You can review every match, correct mismatches manually, and confirm the catalog before anything is priced.

This is where Sleeved parts ways with basic sync tools — which often require you to rebuild your catalog from scratch. Sleeved works with what you already have in Shopify.

Configure your pricing rules

Before any price is touched, you define the rules that govern every sync. These rules are the safety net that makes autopricing genuinely usable for a real store.

Price floors

Set a minimum price per product, set, or game. Sleeved will never price below this threshold regardless of market data.

Margin rules

Define a minimum margin percentage. Sleeved calculates the floor automatically and blocks prices that would erode it.

Movement caps

Limit how much any single price can move in one sync — useful for volatile cards where a spike in data shouldn't immediately spike your shelf price.

Manual SKU locks

Lock individual products you want to price yourself. Sleeved skips locked SKUs in every run, no matter what.

3

Preview every change before it goes live

This is the feature that makes Sleeved different. Before a single price changes in your Shopify store, you see a full table showing:

  • Which products will change
  • The current price and the proposed new price
  • The direction and size of each change
  • Why the price is changing (rule triggered, market movement)
  • Which changes were blocked by floors or caps

You can review, filter, and exclude individual lines before applying. Or approve everything and let it go. Either way, nothing changes without your visibility.

Apply and track every change

When you approve the preview, Sleeved writes the new prices to Shopify and logs every change to the audit trail. You can see a full history of every run — what changed, what was skipped, what rules were applied.

On paid plans, Sleeved runs on a schedule (every 6 hours on Starter). You can also trigger a manual refresh any time — useful when you know a card has just spiked or dropped and want to update now.

If you ever need to review what happened on a specific date, or want to understand why a particular card is priced the way it is, the audit log has the full picture.

Supported games

All five major TCGs at launch.

Sleeved supports the games your customers actually buy. Coverage is available across all five from day one — no waiting for beta support or separate modules.

🧙

Magic: The Gathering

The most liquid singles market in TCG. Prices move constantly across Standard, Pioneer, Modern, Legacy, Commander, and EDH staples. Sleeved tracks market pricing across formats and applies your rules to keep you competitive without manual checks.

Supported at launch All formats Foils supported

Pokémon TCG

A high-volume singles market with strong casual and competitive demand. Prices on popular Pokémon cards can swing sharply around set releases and tournament results. Sleeved's movement caps are particularly useful here to smooth out spikes before they hit your storefront.

Supported at launch All rarities Multi-print editions

Disney Lorcana

A newer game with a rapidly growing singles market and significant variance between common and high-rarity cards. Sleeved tracks Lorcana pricing and applies your rules across the full set catalogue from day one, so you can stock with confidence as the market matures.

Supported at launch All sets Foils & enchanted

One Piece Card Game

A growing competitive market with high demand for key singles from top-tier leaders and combo pieces. The market is still maturing, which creates real pricing volatility. Sleeved's floors and caps give you protection while the market finds its level.

What makes it different

The features that matter when something goes wrong.

Autopricing tools are easy to sell on speed. The real test is what happens when market data spikes, a rule conflicts, or you want to understand what changed last Tuesday. Here's how Sleeved handles it.

Dry-run is mandatory, not optional

Every sync begins as a preview. You cannot skip it. This is a deliberate design decision — it removes the anxiety of "did it apply something I didn't want?" before it can happen.

Bulk rule assignment

Assign pricing rules across your entire catalog, a specific set, or a filtered selection in one action. You are not limited to one product at a time like most basic tools.

Full audit log with run history

Every sync run is logged. You can pull up any historical run and see exactly what changed, what was skipped, what rule triggered, and what the price was before and after.

Per-SKU locks that stick

Lock a product and it stays locked across every future sync until you unlock it. Locks survive schedule changes, catalog updates, and game coverage additions.

Import-first catalog workflow

Connect your existing Shopify inventory and Sleeved maps it to the card database. No product rebuild, no manual re-entry. Works from CSV exports if you're coming from another platform.

No commission on any plan

Every Sleeved plan is flat-rate. We do not take a percentage of your sales. Unlike BinderPOS, Crystal Commerce, or TCG Sync — you pay a fixed monthly fee and keep everything else.
